Excellent company, trained professional team. More of a family than just a company. I was not happy a second when due to some unfortunate circumstances I had to leave the company. I still have great realtions in the company and with higher management. I miss them.

I have spent almost a year and half and the culture is not that good although there are opportunities available and a lot of projects ranging from high rise to cricket stadiums, it is definitely a good place to start your career with as you get to learn about a lot of construction related stuff.

Very Productive
The company manages the attendance of the employees bio-metrically which a very good way to keep a record. Monthly presentations are held at the head office to discuss the work progress. The construction sites were very well managed .
Productive workplace
As a part of or curriculum as defined by our university, i must spend my semester break for internship. Paragon Constructors provided me with this opportunity and deputed me at the site Grand mosque Bahria Town Karachi. I worked here for a month in different segments of the site explicitly Arcade and museum, university, parking and marble factory. In the last week site visit to RCS (Rafi Cricket Stadium) and concrete batching plant was also arranged by the management. I am very grateful to all the management of Paragon Constructors for providing me with the opportunity for internship in their eminent organization. The skills and knowledge i learnt here in this internship programme helped me to clear many elements of our fields of study.

Best projects i have supervise under the managment team of paragon constructors Like OPAL TOWER 225 BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI. IBA UNIVERSITY BUILDING PROJECT.
A tough but learning experience.
There is no replacement for experience, an old saying goes but it was literally put to test when, I, fresh out of university was made in charge of the Piling activities at the Bridge project. Nevertheless I knew one could either back down from the responsibility of accepting the duty which could go both ways (Failure or Success) or one could take it as a challenge in order to grow and learn from this job. But since I'd always been a sports fan, I knew there was no second thoughts, I immediately accepted the work and four weeks later I emerged as a successful Junior Engineer who completed a hundred piles just shy of a month. I was later promoted to Site Engineer at a new project at Bahria Sports City Villas. That was one of the proudest moment of my engineering career. Since then I've always taken opportunity to accept new and upcoming project with the same enthusiasm and spirit.

1- It is pleasure to work with Professionals, 2- High class professionals. 3- A very friendly environment. 4- For professionals it is very pleasant (nothing hard) 5- We work 10 days in week, and 30 hours in a day, but no works in holidays.

Overall experience is good regarding to engineering work. Learned a lot in execution, planning, management skills, communication skills. No social life. Hardly get an off day. Mostly Sundays are also working days. Daily late night calls even after taking off from sites.

Energetic environment with highly cooperative colleagues
The best thing about this company is its working environment. Paragon have more than 12 Projects running in Karachi and I was allocated in its one of the major project i.e Emaar's Crescent Bay. I learned a lot from this project because the technique and quality of this project is the same as Emaar's project all over the globe. The co-workers are very cooperative and help full. The job looked hard in the beginning but then it started to look easy but hectic. over all this project is my first project as a qualified Engineer so it means a lot to me professionally and emotionally.
